The Westgate Referee will lead the teams throught an introduction, explain the rules and provide tips and tricks to better your score.

Teams often create names, have themes or dress up in costume to add to the experience.

We know team building is more than fun and games so we have implemented a discussion on the 5 Dysfunctions of a team by Patrick Lencioni and givben a personality test to better understant their fellow team members.

The winning team is determinded and presented with awards.
